摘要
采用金相和扫描电镜等分析方法 ,对失效齿轮进行了分析。结果表明 ,该齿轮在正常运行中产生断齿是由于该齿轮的基体材质、力学性能、化学成分和显微组织均未达到技术要求 ,加之齿轮表面存在缺陷所致。
Make the failure analysis of the gear with metallographic and scanning electron microscopes. Prove that when the machine is running, the basic material property, chemical composition and metallographic of the gear does not fulfil the design requirements and surface defect, are the reasons why its difficult to bear the force which results in the failure.
