摘要
本文提出了一种新颖的基于悬臂梁结构的光纤光栅力传感方法 ,将光纤光栅粘贴在悬臂梁和固定端基板的结合处 ,利用梁与基板对力和温度的不同响应 ,成功地实现了对力和环境温度的同时传感测量 ,消除了由于温度变化所引起的交叉敏感对传感测量准确性的影响 .基于光谱分析仪 0 .1 nm的光谱分辨率 ,实验可得到的力的测量分辨率为 0 .0 3 N,测量范围可达 1 .5N,温度分辨率为 3 .4℃ (力不变时可达 0 .86℃ ) .
A novel fiber grating tension sensor based on cantilever structure has been proposed in this paper.The fiber grating is mounted near the joint of the cantilever and the placode with one half on the cantilever and another half on the placode,so that the tension applied to the free end of the cantilever and the surrounding temperature can be measured due to the different responds of them to the tension and temperature.The cross sensitivity caused by temperature is thus eliminated.Limited mainly by the resolution of the spectrum analyzer (0.1nm),the achieved resolution of tension is 0.03N within a range of 1.5N,and 3.4℃ (0.86 when with constant tension) for temperature.The experiment results are consistent with the theoritical analysis.
