摘要
提出如何克服准三能级再吸收损耗和抑制寄生振荡实现 LD泵浦的 Nd∶YAG946nm激光器 .在室温下 946nm连续输出大于 1 2 0 m W,斜率效率接近 1 0 %,同时采用 KNb O3 晶体实现了腔内倍频的蓝色激光输出 .
Studies on both how to realize the operation of quasi three level system ofNd∶YAG 946nm laser and emission of 473nm blue laser at room temperature is presented and constructed.Continuous wave output power of more than 120mW and slope efficiency near 10% are obtained.Intracavity frequency doubling by using a KNbO 3 crystal has been demonstrated in a non optimized cavity and improvement is possible with a more efficient periodically poled LiNbO 3 (PPLN) waveguide.
