试析气能生血的物质基础

Trivial discution on material basis of“Qi generating blood”

本文运用现代科学的研究成果对气能生血的物质基础作了阐述,首先从四君子汤、四物汤、八珍汤的微量元素研究结果和贫血患者血清 Cu/Zn 比值增大,经补益药治疗,Cu/Zn 比值下降的研究结果以及肝脏为微量元素富集的地方等研究结果出发,结合 Fe、Cu、Mn、Zn 等微量元素的生物学作用,认为微量元素为气能生血的物质基础之一,另外,从四君子汤、四物汤、八珍汤的氨基酸、蛋白质的研究结果出发,结合它们的生物学作用和临床功效,认为氨基酸、蛋白质亦是其物质基础主要成份之一,根据传统的中医理论,结合现代生物学研究结果,提出了气能生血的物质基础应当从蛋白质、糖、脂类、维生素、无机盐、水等六大营养要素全面考虑。

This artical explains the materical bases of Qinengshengxue. First,from the research result of trace elements in Sijunzitang,Siwutang, and Bazhengtang;and the increase of serum Cu/Zn proportion of anemic patients,after tonic treatment,Cu/Zn proportion decreasing;hepar being the place where trace element is rich;by conbining the biology function of the trace elements such as Fe,Cu,Mn,Zn and so on,we think trace elements are one of the materical bases of Qinengshengxue.Moreover,from the research result of amino acid and protein in Sijunzitang,Siwutang,and Bazhengtang, by conbining their biology function and clinical effect,we think amino acid and protein are also the main elements of the materical bases.According to traditional Chinese medical theory,by conbining the research results of modern biology,we think the materical bases of Qinengshengxue should be considered comprehensivly from six nutrition elements such as protein,sugar, lipid,vitamine,inorganic salts and water.
