摘要
以合金中γ相 (镍基Ni W C固溶体 )含量与钨和碳在γ相中固溶度的关系为基础 ,论述了用密度法测定WC Ni系无磁硬质合金成分的原理。结果表明 ,在消磁碳含量以下 ,一定牌号的WC Ni系合金试样的成分与试样密度间存在确定的对应关系 ,根据该关系能确定试样成分所在相区范围 (WC +γ两相区或WC +γ +η三相区 ) 。
The principle of composition determination of WC Ni non magnetic cemented carbides by density method was discussed on the basis of the relationship between the γ phase content in WC Ni alloy and the γ phase composition (i.e. the W and C solid solubilities in γ phase). The results showed that, there existeda definite corresponding relationship between the composition and the density of certain trade mark WC Ni alloy. The two phase region and WC+γ+η region composition limit could be decided and the composition of sample could be calculated accurately on the basis of this relation.
