摘要
给出的同轴引射加抽气联合式气动窗口 ,采用环形喷嘴可调喉道面积和在腔室内装配有带节流小孔的多孔板结构 ,并在对该窗口进行实验研究的基础上 ,报导了最近的工作 ,研制成功全自动远程操作控制系统 ,实现了阀门开度随气瓶内压力变化而自我迅速调节的功能 ,保证了气动窗口的密封性能和输出光束的光学质量 ,同时可由单瓶供气实现数十次工作的要求。在最低密封压力为 0 .67k Pa时 ,耗气量为 3 5 g/s,Strehl比达到 0 .98,在高功率氧碘化学激光器上进行了联机试验 。
A new united aerodynamic window combined the axial injection and vacuum pump together is investigated. The reformed window has many new characters, the throat area can be adjusted by a circular valve and the multi-pole board is stored in injector, sealing cavity and suction cavity respectively. Many works have been done on it, the sealing quality and beam quality were reported in the former work. The latest work has put through a distant automotive system. With the gas pressure in bottle changing, the valve can be adjusted by the automotive system. Only one bottle is needed in application and it works successfully joined with the COIL laser. The latest results show that the lowest sealing pressure is only 0.67 kPa, the exhausted gas is 35 g/s and the Strehl ratio is up to 0.98.
