Cl+HN_3产生NCl(a^1Δ)和NCl(b^1Σ)的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 对利用微波放电直接解离 Cl2 生成 Cl,Cl与 HN3 反应生成 NCl(a1Δ)和 NCl(b1Σ)的过程进行了实验研究。得到了较强的 NCl(a1Δ)和 NCl(b1Σ)自发辐射光谱 ,考察了 Cl2 流量和 He/ Cl2 配比对NCl(a1Δ)和 NCl(b1Σ)生成的影响。发现对于一定的 He流量 ,Cl2 流量对 NCl(a1Δ)和 NCl(b1Σ)生成的影响存在一最佳范围 ,而最佳 He/ Cl2 配比不是一定值 ,而是随 He流量升高而变大 ,在实验所考察的 He流量范围 (5~ 4 0 L/ min)内 ,最佳 He/ Cl2 配比在 3 0∶ 1~ 1 0 0∶ NCl(a 1Δ) and NCl(b 1Σ) were produced from the reaction of HN 3 with Cl generated by the microwave discharge of Cl 2. The emission spectrum of NCl(a 1Δ) and NCl(b 1Σ) were observed and their intensities dependent on the Cl 2 flow rate and the ratio of He flow rate to Cl 2 flow rate were investigated. The results suggest that there is an optimum range of Cl 2 flow rate for the intensity of NCl(a 1Δ) and NCl(b 1Σ) emission at a fixed He flow rate, and the optimum ratio of He flow rate to Cl 2 flow rate increases with the increasing He flow rate. The optimum He∶Cl 2 is 30∶1 to 100∶1 under this experimental conditions(He flow rate being 5-40 L/min).
