摘要 双金属轴承的使用工况决定了巴氏合金的选用和浇铸至关重要。以TEGOSTAR738锡基巴氏合金为例 ,阐述了对其熔炼过程及室温力学性能要求 ;对TEGOSTAR738和轴瓦背衬的离心浇铸工艺进行了探讨 ,并对巴氏合金轴瓦结合性能进行了检测。试验结果表明 ,采用特殊的浇铸工艺 ,以TEGOSTAR738为巴氏合金的双金属轴瓦的结合强度可达到 10 It is very important to select suitable babbitt alloy and casting process due to its operating condition of dual metal bearing. The paper described the melting process, the mechanical properties of TEGOSTAR738 alloy and the centrifugal casting process. New test methods, such as Chalmers test, Chisel test, were used for the determination of bond strength between babbitt alloy and back bearing according to the different status. The test results indicated that the bond strength of TEGOSTAR738 dual metal back bearing could be raised to 100MPa using a special casting process.
