摘要
通过对 30CrMo大钢瓶破口的宏微观分析 ,认为该钢瓶发生破口分叉的原因是由于淬火温度偏高 ,加之回火不足 ,导致钢瓶在水压爆破试验时 。
Macro and micro examination were carried out to study crevasse furcation of 30CrMo big steel bottle broken during blow up test with hydraulic pressure. The results showed that crack initiated and deavaged along some specific crystallographic plane and martensite patches, leading to crerasse furcation. The microstructure of the bottle was due to high quenching temperature and short tempering period.
