摘要
以硝酸铁、硝酸锌和正硅酸乙酯为起始原料 ,用溶胶—凝胶法制备了晶粒粒径在 1 5~ 4 2 .5nm的Zn铁氧体—SiO2 复合材料 ,并对溶胶—凝胶工艺及胶体形成机理进行了初步探讨。XRD分析结果表明 :5 0 0℃热处理已合成约 5 1 %尖晶石主晶相 ,并含有少量的Fe2 O3另相 ;90 0℃热处理则基本上消除了另相。
Zn ferrite-SiO 2 composites with average diameter varying from 15~42.5nm are synthesized by a sol-gel method.Sol-gel processing and mechanism are investigated.XRD indicate that 51% spinel phase is formed when samples are heat-treated at 500℃,with small amounts of second phase-Fe 2O 3 present.Fe 2O 3 phase disappears completely when samples are heat-treated at 900℃.The crystallites grow larger with increasing heat treatment temperature.
