THE LIQUID PRECIPITATION METHODS FOR SYNTHESIS OF NANOSIZED TITANIA POWDERS

摘要 综述了沉淀法制备纳米TiO2 粉体的各种方法 ,评述了加碱中和工艺、均匀沉淀工艺、胶溶工艺和升温强迫水解工艺等特点 ,并指出加热水解法具有成本低、可直接沉淀出晶型产物且晶型易控等优势 ,是最具潜力的制备纳米TiO2 The precipitation process for preparation of nanosized TiO\-2 powders was classified into four types:neutralization method with base, homogeneous precipitation method, colloid chemical method and forced hydrolysis method with heating. The four methods were introduced and evaluated respectively, and it was resulted that forced hydrolysis method has advantages over the other three methods because it cost less, can directly obtain crystalline precipitation products and can easily control the crystalline phase of the products. Therefore the forced hydrolysis method is a promising liquid method for preparation of nanosized TiO\-2 powders.
