摘要
通过酚基吡啶配体合成了两种新的金属配合物电致发光材料BePP2和PPGaCl2 (PP =2 - (2 -羟基苯吩基吡啶 ) ) ,研究了BePP2 和PPGaCl2 共沉积发光层的电发光性质 ,得到了不同电压下颜色可调的电发光器件 [ITO/TPD/BePP2 (质量分数 2 5 % )和PPGaCl2 (质量分数 75 % ) /Al]
Two electroluminescencnt materials, BePP 2 and PPGaCl 2, were synthesized with 2-(2-hydroxyphenyl)-pyridine ligand. The electroluminescencnt properties of BePP 2 and PPGaCl 2 codeposited films was investigated by it. It was demonstrated that the EL color of the devices with structure of [ITO/TPD/BePP 2(25%),PPGaCl 2(75%)/Al] were tuned by varying the applied voltage.
