摘要
为了降低稀土硅化物合金中有害杂质磷的含量 ,尝试了采用 Ca O- Ca F2 为基础渣系对合金进行脱磷实验。结果表明 :最佳脱磷时间为 15分钟 ;Ca O∶ Ca F2 为 5∶ 1既能保证脱磷效果 ,又有较好的流动性 ;渣比与脱磷率成正比 ;少量 Ba CO3、Fe2 O3能明显改善渣的脱磷能力。根据本研究结果进行的综合实验取得了较好的脱磷效果 ,脱磷率达 76 .7%
In the present work,RE-silicide alloy containing P impurity was refined in CaO-CaF 2 combined fuse to remove P from the alloy. The results show that 15 minute is long enough for dephosphorization;CaO∶CaF 2 ratio of the fuse should be kept around 5∶1 to ensure the effective dephosphorization and good fluidity;A little BaCO 3 and Fe 2O 3 can obviously enhance the dephosphorus capability of the fuse.At last,the dephosphorus rate is up to 76.7% as a result of general experiment based on the above works.
