摘要
采用水热合成法 ,制备了不同 Al2 O3含量的 Ni/ Zr0 .4Ce0 .6 O2 - Al2 O3催化剂 .采用 X-射线衍射 (XRD)和扩展 X光吸收精细结构 (EXAFS) ,对催化剂样品进行结构表征 ;考察了 Al2 O3的加入对催化剂结构和 CH4- CO2 重整反应活性的影响 .结构表征和活性测试表明 ,催化剂中存在的主要晶相是 Zr0 .4Ce0 .6 O2 . Al2 O3的加入 ,使催化剂颗粒度变小 ,镍的分散度提高 ,并使反应活性有明显改进 ;而过量 Al2 O3的加入 。
Ni/Zr 0.4 Ce 0.6 O 2\|Al 2O 3 catalysts with different amounts of Al\-2O\-3 were prepared by hydrothermal method and characterized by X\|ray diffraction and EXAFS techniques. The influence of the addition of Al\-2O\-3 on the structure of catalysts and activity of CO\-2 reforming of methane were studied. Characterization and activity test revealed that the main phase for composite oxide of Ce and Zr is Zr 0.4 Ce 0.6 O\-2, the addition of Al\-2O\-3 reduces the size of nickel particles, increases Ni dispersion and markedly improves the reaction activity. The addition of excessive Al\-2O\-3 causes easier carbon deposition.
