以甘露醇和山梨醇为原料 ,合成了 2个新的手性膦配体 ,并用这些新的手性膦配体与钯原位生成的催化剂体系催化苯乙烯的不对称氢酯基化反应 ,得到 R构型的 2 -苯基丙酸甲酯 ,其 ee值分别为 2 8.5 %和 13.6 %
Two new chiral carbohydrate phosphites, 1,4∶3,6\|dianhydro\|2,5\| o \|bis (benzo dioxaphospholyl\|2)\| D \|mannitol, 1,4∶3,6\|dianhydro\|2,5\| o \|bis(benzo dioxaphospholyl\|2)\| D \|sobitol have been prepared from 1,4∶3,6\|dianhydro\| D \|mannital and 1,4∶3,6\|dianhydro\| D \|sobitol, respectively. Palladium catalytic systems formed with these ligands in situ were used as the asymmetric homogenous catalysts for the hydroesterification of styrene, giving ( R )\|2\|phenylpropioate in 28.5% and 13.6% ee values.
