摘要
采用连续淤浆反应器 ,在 40℃ ,0 4MPa和 0 6MPa下 ,考察了粉状TS 1催化剂在丙烯与过氧化氢环氧化反应中的反应性能 ,表明TS 1催化剂的单程寿命不低于 80h ,通过对TS 1催化剂的IR及XRD的表征及比表面分析 ,发现其骨架结构和骨架钛未发生变化 ,催化剂部分失活是由于非骨架活性钛的流失及催化剂孔道的堵塞造成的 。
The behavior of catalyst TS 1 for propylene epoxidation was investigated in a slurry reactor under 40?℃ and 0 4?MPa~0 6?MPa It was suggested that the single circle life of TS 1 was no less than 80?h The TS 1 samples were characterized by IR, XRD and BET, and it was founded that the skeletal titanium and skeletal structure had not changed The loss of non skeletal active titanium and coke deposit in pore were reasons of deactivation The TS 1 catalyst can be regenerated in hot methanol solvent and the initial activity kept unchanged after regeneration for 2 times
