摘要
通过对服役材料HK40炉管损伤状态的实验测定和分析 ,认为在受损材料的裂纹前端存在临界损伤状态。使用A参数方法 ,通过定量金相分析 ,首次获得了裂纹前端的临界参数值Acr。临界参数值Acr的确定为临界损伤值的确定提供了基础 ,为高温构件的寿命预测。
By the analysis and experiment measurement of damage condition of HK40 furnace tube, it was regarded that the damage material had critical damage cond ition at the tip of crack. Based on the A -parameter method and quantitative meta llography, the critical A -parameter value was first obtained. The critical A -par ameter value supplied the data to determine the critical creep damage value of m aterial and accurate limited condition for reliability assessment.
