摘要 作为实现外部网络与有线电视射频网络之间传递 IP数据包的电缆调制解调器前端系统 ,是有线电视网实现高速双向数据通信的关键设备 .该文论述了基于 DOCSIS协议的前端系统的实现方案和硬件设计要点 ,并简单说明了前端系统的操作系统和系统工作原理 ,最后简述了该前端系统的调试过程并给出了下行 6 4/ 2 5 6 Functioning as transfer IP packages between external network and cable RF network, cable modem termination system (CMTS) is key equipment in the implementation of high speed bi directional data communication over CATV networks. A structure of DOCSIS based CMTS is presented. The principle of implementation and outline of hardware design are discussed. The operation system and the function of system software are briefly described. Finally, debugging procedure and performance measurement of downstream 64/256QAM signals are presented.
