Preliminary analyses of the way to bring hydrogeological and environmental problems into decision making for large modern projects and construction of industrial bases are conducted. Stochastic concepts are introduced for consideration of benefit,risk and cost.Conceptual models for project decisions considering hydrogeological and environmenta1 conditions are also proposed.
