本文拟就吴鞠通应用《伤寒论》方剂的学术思想进行探讨,主要从“外感初起,不忌麻桂辛温”“咳喘痰饮,赏用大小青龙”“气分大热,善投重剂白虎”“下证众多,护展承气应用”“疟在少阳,巧将柴胡变法”“温痛寒化,仍须回阳救逆”等方面进行了阐述。

The article discuss on Wu Ju Tong's academic experience in application shang Han Lun from some respect for example treatmentof early stage febrile diseases used warm Ephedra decoction and linnamonTwig decoction;cough,asthma and spatwm used major or minor decoctionof Green Dragot;excessive—heat syndrome in Qi system used a largenumber white Tigger decoction;all kinds of excessive—heat syndromein yan ming system used all kinds of decoction for purging down digestiveqi;ague in shao yang system modify decoction of Bapleurum;febrilediseases change into cold syndrome used decoction for resuscitution etc.
