在模拟蛋白质折叠的遗传算法基础上 ,采用晶格模型 ,设计了一个用于蛋白质折叠模拟的软件系统 ,并举例说明该系统的用法 .该蛋白质折叠模拟系统可用于蛋白质折叠预测和蛋白质进化研究 。

On the basis of genetic algorithms for protein folding, a software system of protein folding simulation with lattice model is designed. The usage of this system is also explained briefly with an example.The protein folding simulation system can be applied to the study of protein folding prediction and protein evaluation. It can also provide important information for protein molecule design.
