摘要
本文通过对季节与运动损伤的关系的调查研究 ,使人们能够清楚地认识到运动性损伤和季节变化存在着一定的关系 ,在不同的季节气候条件下参加体育运动应注意些什么 ,从而用科学的方法指导人们进行体育锻炼 ,有效地增强体质 。
Through investigation and analysis on the relationship between injury caused by exercises and seasons, it is indicated that there is a relationship between injury caused by exercises and change of seasons. Attention that should be paid to in the exercises in different seasons is pointed out. It is also pointed out that physical exercises should be guided to a scientific way so that health can be strengthened and injury in the exercises be prevented effectively.
