糖尿病及其慢性并发症与细胞凋亡 被引量:13

摘要 细胞凋亡是一种调节机体结构与功能稳定的重要机制。识别自身抗原的免疫活性细胞凋亡过程受阻和胰岛β细胞凋亡增加是导致 1型糖尿病 (DM)发生的重要原因 ,白介素 1 (IL 1 )、肿瘤坏死因子 α(TNF α)、干扰素 γ(IFN γ)等多种细胞因子可能通过一氧化氮 (NO)途径介导胰岛 β细胞凋亡 ,过度氧化也可能参与这一过程。此外 ,bcl 2、Bcl x、Bax、Pax 3、CPP3 2等多种凋亡调节基因表达的改变与DM肾脏、视网膜、神经病变等DM并发症的发生也密切相关。
