摘要
以非对称含裂纹铆接加筋板裂尖应力强度因子解析解为基础 ,考虑到加筋桁条的位置、尺寸对裂尖应力强度因子的影响 ,应用最大应力强度因子最小化的方法建立了含裂纹铆接加筋板的优化数学模型 ,用虚拟目标函数法对模型进行转化并用基于BFGS法的外罚函数法求解此问题 ,获得最小应力强度因子意义下的最优结构构型参数 ,从而使含裂纹铆接加筋板获得最佳的抗破损能力。
An optimization design method of damage resistance is presented for rivet stiffe ned plate with crack, which based on the analytical solution of the stress inte nsity factor (SIF). The effect of location of stringers and their cross section dimension on the SIF is also considered. During the optimal process, the analyti cal model is converted to virtual object function, and then the optimal structur e parameters of minimizing the stress intensity factor are obtained with exterio r point SUMT on the basis of the BFGS method. The damage resistance of the plate is improved. Numerical example shows that the proposed method is validity and e ffective.
