摘要
研究影响氢化松香酯化反应的主要因子——催化剂种类和用量,多元醇用量,反应温度和系统真空度。提出氢化松香酯类系列产品——甲酯、乙酯、甘油酯、季戊四醇酯、乙二醇酯、食品级松香酯、电子工业级松香等制备工艺。利用副产品制成显微镜用浸油。其产品质量均达到国外同类产品先进指标。填补了国内空白。并完成上述产品在胶粘剂、食品、电子、光学仪器等方面的应用研究。为我国松香改性产品系列化,综合利用和扩大应用开创一个先例。
The main factors influencing esterification of hydrogenated rosin were studied. They are kinds and amounts of the catalysts, amounts of alcohols, reaction temperature and system vacuum. Technologies of serial esters of hydrogenated rosin,including methyl ester,ethyl ester,glyc-erol ester,pentaerythritol ester,ethylene glycol,food grade esters and electronic grade esters,were developed in China. The qualities of these products reached the advanced level of the same kinds of products abroad. The studies on application of these products were also completed.
The technologies are characterized by increasing system vacuum instead of N protection; designing double side-tubes on the esterification reactor and measuring reaction water instead of analysis of acid value. All performed successfully. These esters can be used in adhesives as tacki-fiers with excellent resistance to oxidation, inherently tacky and compatibility.
Food grade esters were prepared by special processes, LD50>21. 5g/kg and non-toxic to human. They have been cleared by the 7th Meeting of the Chinese Food Additive Technical Committee.
Electronic grade esters produced through refinement, esterification and compounding can be used in soldering flux. The flux has good weldability, heat resistance and fluidity capability. Immersion oil for fluorescence microscope can be got from the by-products of esterification by some processes. The two technologies were first developed at home and abroad. They are now in the process of applying for patents.
The serial esters have been used in food,adhesive,electronic and optical instrument industries successfully. A 1000 t/a plant has been built.
