胰岛素瘤与7B2 被引量:2

摘要 胰岛素瘤的发病与各种癌基因、抑癌基因、生长因子及其受体等无明确的相关性 ,而近年来发现一种蛋白酶PC2的伴侣蛋白 7B2与神经内分泌疾病有关 ,同时发现 7B2在胰岛细胞表达的特点 :(1) 7B2在其超微结构处可与胰岛A、B细胞结合。 (2 )胰岛素瘤高丰度表达 7B2。 (3) β 细胞样的胰岛素细胞株表达 7B2mRNA。 (4 ) 7B2基因第一个内含子的序列是胰岛素瘤转录所必需的。本文在复习胰岛素瘤发病机制分子水平的研究中 ,阐述了PC2与 7B2之间的关系以及 7B2可能为胰岛素瘤发病的新机制。
