DNA甲基化与垂体肿瘤

摘要 DNA甲基化是肿瘤抑制基因的失活方式之一 ,它能导致与细胞增殖及分化的相关基因表达异常 ,造成细胞恶变形成肿瘤 ,特别是p1 6基因 ,在垂体肿瘤中的甲基化发生率高达 70 %~ 80 % ,说明DNA甲基化在垂体肿瘤的发生发展过程中起重要作用 ,本文重点对垂体肿瘤发生过程的DNA甲基化过程及p1 6基因失活机制研究进展进行综述。
