G_1/S期调控元件异常与胃癌研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 G1/S期调控需要多种调控元件的参与 ,包括p2 1,p2 7,p16,p15 ,cyclinD ,E ,A ,CDK2 ,CDK4 ,CDK6。在胃癌中已发现多种G1/S期调控元件的异常与其的临床病理特征有密切关系 ,其中一些可作为揭示预后的指标。G1/S期调控元件异常的检测方法尚需标准化 ,以进一步发掘这一类生物学标志的临床意义。
