摘要
本文系统地研究了混合材(马尾松、速生杨)CMP废液特征(废液量、pH、色度、COD_(?)、COD_(Mn)、分子量分级组分等)。在实验室条件下,研究了厌氧、凝聚及水生植物(凤眼莲)处理的工艺条件及效果。结果认为,一个完整的综合治理流程应包括物理处理(沉淀或气浮)、生物处理(厌氧及水生植物)和物理化学处理(凝聚、絮凝)。对于具体工厂的具体选择,应根据污染量及排放水质量要求而定。
A laboratory study was undertaken to characterize the effluent from chemi-mechanical pulping of mixed wood materials (pine and poplar) and to establish the technology of its proper treatment. Based on the results as the following integrated process is suggested : raw effluent→preliminary purification→anaerobic treatment→coagulation
and flocculation→water hyacinth-based lagoon→treated effluent.
