摘要
本文分两部分报道了用黄樟油素合成胡椒醛的新途径。1.黄樟油素的异构化。研究了最佳碱量、反应温度、特别是强碱配合使用和反应工艺条件的改进,使异构化反应在时间和转化率上都得到了较好的结果。2.胡椒醛的电氧化合成。探讨了阳极上氧化反应机理、以及反应辅助氧化剂和溶剂的选择,并通过实验,对阳极氧化产物进行气相色谱分析,获得了所期望的结果。
The study on synthesis of pepper aldehyde from safrole was devided into the following two stages:(l)Isomeriza-tion of safrole dealing mainly with the optimum alkalinity and reaction temperature. With coordinate use of alkali and improvement of reaction conditions,satisfactory time and yield of isomerization reaction were reached. (2)Electric oxidative synthesis of pepper aldehyde including the study of mechanism of the anodic oxidation reaction and choise of auxiliary oxidant and solvent. Chromatogiaphic analysis of anodic oxidation products was carried out with expected results.
