摘要
目的和方法 实验用SD大鼠 ,侧脑室注射高钠人工脑脊液 (含NaCl 0 .8M /L)或高渗蔗糖人工脑脊液(含蔗糖 0 .8M/L)后 ,测定血清内源性洋地黄样因子 (Endogenousdigitalis likefactor,EDLF)浓度和肾皮质Na+ ·K+ ATP酶 (Na+ ·K+ ATPase)活性。结果 ①大鼠侧脑室注射高钠人工脑脊液后大鼠血清EDLF浓度明显升高(注射前 42 .34± 10 .37pg/ml,注射后 6 8.0 5± 11.91pg/ml,P <0 .0 1) ,侧脑室注射高渗蔗糖人工脑脊液后血清EDLF浓度无明显变化 (注射前 41.5 4± 11.0 7pg/ml,注射后 43 .0 3± 9.5 8pg/ml)。②侧脑室注射高钠人工脑脊液后 ,肾皮质Na+ ·K+ ATPase活性显著低于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;而注射高渗蔗糖人工脑脊液后 ,肾皮质Na+ ·K+ ATPase活性为与对照组相比无明显差异。③大鼠肾皮质Na+ ·K+ ATPase活性与血清EDLF浓度呈负相关关系 ,相关系数 0 .746 (P <0 .0 0 1)。结论 脑室内高钠刺激可引起EDLF的释放增加并抑制肾皮质Na+ ·K+ ATPase活性。
Objective and Methods To investigate the effect of intracerebroventricular infusion of artificial sodium rich cerebrospinal fluid on the release of endogenous digitalis like factor (EDLF) and renal Na +·K + ATPase activity. Results In anesthetized rats, intracerebroventricular infusion of artificial sodium rich cerebrospinal fluid inceased the level of serum EDLF and decreased renocortical Na +·K + ATPase activity(P<0.01).Similar injection of hypertonic sucrose cerebrospinal fluid did not induce the increase of serum EDLF level and the decrease of renal Na +·K + ATPase activity. A significant correlation was observed between serum EDLF level and renocortical Na +·K + ATPase activity in rats(r= 0.746,P<0.001). Conclusions These results indicats that the high sodium stimulation in cerebroventricle may induce the elevation of serum EDLF levels and the inhibiton of renal Na +·K + ATPase activity which is involed in the elevation of serum EDLF levels.
