流感病毒在四个肿瘤传代细胞系中增殖情况的比较

The comparison of the influenza virus propaagation in 4 tumor cell lines

目的 观察流感病毒在 4种肿瘤细胞系中的增殖情况 ,选择敏感的细胞系。方法 用不同稀释度的流感病毒感染 4种肿瘤细胞 ,用血球吸附实验比较流感病毒在 4种肿瘤细胞中的增殖情况。结果 流感病毒对Pc12细胞和Mcloy细胞不敏感 ,对JEC细胞最敏感 ,对OMC6 85细胞次之。结论 对流感病毒的研究工作中可试用这两株本院建立的肿瘤细胞系 (JEC细胞和OMC 6 85细胞系 )来分离培养及鉴定。

Objective The pvoliferation of influenza virus in 4 tumor cell lines is observed,In order to select the sensitive cell lines. Methods The 4 tumor cell lines are infected by influenza virus of different concentrations, and than the prolifeuation of Influenza virus is compared by red bemad sorptimtest. Results Influenza virus is resitant to Pc12 cell and Mcloy cell but Sensitive to OMC685 cell and JEC cell. Conclusions Influenza virus can be cultred identified by OMC685 cell line and JEC cell line established in our college.
