疝环充填式无张力疝修补术在腹股沟疝中应用(附96例报告)

The application of Mesh Plug Tension Free hernioplasty in the inguinal hernia

目的 探讨疝环充填式无张力疝修补术在腹股沟疝中的治疗效果。方法 采用美国巴德公司聚丙烯网塞及补片对 96例腹股沟疝病人施行无张力疝修补术。观察手术时间 ,术后恢复情况 ,并发症及复发率。结果 无张力疝修补术与传统疝修补术相比 ,具有手术时间短 ,术后恢复快 ,并发症少 ,复发率低等优点。结论 无张力疝修补术是理想的疝修补手术 ,值得推广。

Objective To discuss the effects of mesh plug tension free hernioplasty in the treatment of inguinal hernia. Methods Marlex Mesh & Plug (Bard Co,USA)was used in tension free hernioplasty for 96 patients with inguinal hernia. The operative time, post operative recovery , complications and recurrent rate were recorded. Results Compared with the traditional hernia repair procedures, Mesh Plug tension free hernioplasty had short operative time, rapid recovery, less complications and lower recurrent rate. Conclusions Mesh Plug tension free hernioplasty is a good treatment method for hernia patients, and worth popularizing.
