摘要
目的 探讨丹参抑制瘢痕形成的作用机制。方法 将不同浓度及不同作用时间的丹参加入体外培养的人成纤维细胞 ,测细胞抑制率、成纤维细胞自分泌转化生长因子 β1(TGF β1)及胶原。结果 丹参可抑制成纤维细胞增殖 ,随浓度增大及作用时间的延长 ,抑制率增加 ;而且 ,丹参可抑制成纤维细胞自分泌TGF β1及减少胶原的合成 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,且二者成正相关关系。结论 丹参抑制成纤维细胞的增殖及TGF - β1的自分泌 ,减少胶原的合成。
WT5”BZ] Objective To investigate the mechanisms of salvia miltiorrhiza(SM)to inhibit formation of scar. Methods Fibroblasts were cultured in vitro ,SM with different times and concentrations were used to influence their proliferation and function.The inhibitory rate,quantities of transforming growth factor β 1(TGF β 1)and collagen were determined. Results SM inhibited the proliferation of fibroblasts,and as the concentration and reacting time increased,the inhibitory rate increased too. Moreover,SM inhibited autocrine of TGF-β 1 by fibroblasts and reduced the synthesis of collagen significantly (P<0.05).Statistics showed they were positively correlative. Conclusion It suggests that the inhibition of SM to proliferation of FB and autocrine of TGF-β 1,and reduction of synthesis of collagen are the mechanism of SM to inhibit formation of scar. [WT5”HZ]
