摘要 目的 观察rhG -CSF对急性白血病化疗后中性粒细胞恢复的效果。方法  2 4例急性髓细胞白血病和 2 1例急性淋巴细胞白血病联合化疗后 ,白细胞 (WBC)计数 <1.0× 10 9/L时起加用rhG -CSF 3 0 0 μg/d ,皮下注射 ,直至中性粒细胞绝对值(ANC) >1.5× 10 9/L后停用。结果 ANC >1.5× 10 9/L在用rhG -CSF组为 ( 5 .9± 5 .1)d明显短于对照组 ( 14 .8± 5 .0 )d ,用rhG -CSF组明显减少了感染的发生 ( 2 0 %∶80 % )。结论 rhG -CSF能有效地加速急性白血病化疗后中性粒细胞的恢复。 WT5”BZ] Objective To observe the effect of rhG CSF accelerating neutrophil recovery in acute leukemia patient undergoing chemotherapy. Method Twenty four patients with acute myelocytic leukemia and 21 patients with acute lymphocytic leukemia were treated with combination intensive chemotherapy.rhG-CSF (300 μg/d) was subcutaneously injected after chemotherapy-induced white blood cell(WBC)<1.0×10 9/L until recovery from chemotherapy-induced myelosuppression(absolute neutrophil counts ANC>1.5×10 9/L). Results The average time to ANC>1.5×10 9/L was (5.9±5.1) d in study group versus (14.8±5.0) d in control group.The administration of rhG CSF significantly decreased infection rate(20%∶80%). Conclusion These data suggest that rhG CSF significantly accelerates neutropil recovery in the patients with acute leukemia undergoing chemotherapy. [WT5”HZ]
