摘要
以环氧树脂和丙烯酸为原料，研究了投料比、反应温度、催化剂、操作方法等因素对合成EA (环氧丙烯酸)树脂性能的影响。正交试验确定的最佳反应条件为：酸当量／环氧当量=1.04: 1.00；催化剂为四甲基氯化铵，质量分数1.1%，反应温度90～ 100 ℃。
The effects of catalyst, reaction temperature, operation parameters and the weight ratio of acrylic acid to epoxy resin on the properties of EA resin were investigated. The optimum reaction conditions were acid equivalent/epoxide equivalent 1.04:1; reaction temperature 90～ 100℃ .
