电针结合药敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症160例

Treatment of Prolapse of Lumber Intervertebral Disc by combination of Electro-acupuncture and Medical Application

目的 观察电针结合药敷治疗腰突症的临床疗效。方法 对 16 0例腰突症采用电针结合药敷的方法 ,并与 16 0例单纯电针和 16 0例牵引推拿进行比较。结果 电针药敷组有效率为 92 .5 0 % ,与单纯电针组有效率 85 .6 3%比较 ,有显著差异 (P<0 .0 1) ;而与牵引推拿组有效率 91.2 5 %比较 ,无显著差异(P>0 .0 5 )。结论 表明电针结合药敷治疗腰突症的疗效明显高于单纯电针 。

Purpose To observe the therapeutic effect of Electro acupuncture plus Medical Application in treating prolapse of lumber intervertebral disc. Methods One hundred and sixty patients were treated by combination of electro acupuncture and medical application, 160 cases by single electro acupuncture and 160 cases by traction and massage. Results The therapeutic effect was 92.50% in electro acupuncture plus medical application group, and there was a significant difference( P <0.05) in comparison with the therapeutic effect of 85.63% in single electro acupuncture group, and there was no significant difference ( P >0.05) in comparison with the therapeutic effect of 91.25% in group of traction and massage. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of electro acupuncture plus medical application in treating prolapse of lumber intervertebral disc was better than that of single electro acupuncture, and it was similar to that of traction and massage.
