利培酮与氯氮平对脑电图影响的对比观察

A Comparison of the Effects of Risperidone and Clozapine on Electroencephalogram

目的 :比较利培酮与氯氮平对精神分裂症患者脑电图的影响。方法 :对单用利培酮和氯氮平治疗的 15 6例患者进行定期脑电图检查 ,时间为给药前及后第 1,2 ,4,8周末。结果 :利培酮所致脑电图异常率 45 .3 % ,明显低于氯氮平的 77.2 % (P <0 .0 1) ,且异常程度轻于氯氮平。结论 :利培酮对脑电图的影响轻于氯氮平。

Objective:To compare the effects of risperidone and clozaping on EEG. Methods:EEG was recorded regularly in 156 patients diagnosed of schizophrenia and treated by risperidone or clozapine. The time of the EEG examinations was before and at the end of the 1st, 2nd, 4th and 8th week after the initiation of the treatment. Results:The percentage of abnormal EEG recorded in those treated by risperidone(45.3%) was significantly lower than that by clozapine(77.2%)(P<0.01). And the extent of abnormaility of EEG caused by risperidone was less than that by clozapine. Conclusion:Risperidone exerted less adverse effects on EEG than clozapine.
