反相高效液相色谱法测定头痛清中芍药苷含量

Determination of Paeoniflorin Toutongqing Tea by RP-HPLC

目的 :建立测定头痛清袋泡剂中芍药苷含量的反相高效液相色谱法。方法 :采用YWG C1 8色谱法 ,以甲醇 水 (3 2∶68)作流动相 ,以 2 5 4nm紫外波长检测。结果 :待测组分芍药苷可与样品中其他组分完全分离 ,芍药苷在 0 .96～ 6.72 μg范围有良好线性关系 (r=0 .9998) ,加样平均回收率 98.3 3 % (n=3 )。结论 :该法快速准确且分离度好 ,可作为测定头痛清袋泡剂中芍药苷含量的常规分析方法。

Objective:A reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography method was established for the determination of paeoniflorin in Toutongqing tea. Methods:Paeoniflorin can be separated with other components of sample on YWG-C 18 column using methanol-weter(32∶68) as the mobile phase and UV detector at 254 nm. Results:Paeoniflorin has good linear relation between 0.96～6.72 μg(r=0.999 8). Precision for both withinday and day to day previded RSD valves of less than 2%. The average recovery was 98.33% (n=3). Conclusions:The method was rapid, accurate and had good resolution. It is suitable to routine analysis of paeoniflorin in Toutongqing tea.
