摘要
本研究采用半压成形法制得了尺寸规整、便于运输的微晶玻璃板材坯体,经热处理得到形变小、气孔少和理化性能优异的微晶玻璃板材。采用材料试验系统(MTS)、扫描电镜(SEM)和光泽度计等测定了板材坯体和产品的各项理化性能及微观结构。结果表明,压制成形法生产微晶玻璃装饰板材切实可行。
The body of the glass - ceramics decorating plate (GDP), which has regular sizes and is convenient to convey, has been made by semi - dry pressing. After heat treatment, GDP with less distortion, lower porosity and better properties has been got. The Physical and chemical properties and microstructures of GDP have been tested by MTS ,SEM,the glossmeter and so on. The results show that the semi-dry pressing used in the production of GDP is practicable.
