摘要
建立了以89C52单片机与Intel PC机为核心的时域法EIS测量系统,该系统以方波电流信号为 激励信号,可自动采集数据、记录响应曲线,以Laplace变换为时频转换工具,以Origin软 件进行数据的拟合与作图分析。应用模拟电路对测量误差进行了计算。
The core of the EIS system consisted of a single chip microcomputer (intel 89 C52) and a personal computer. The Laplace Transform could act as conversion means between time and frequency domain, and the square wave current signal was used as driving sigsnal. The error of the EIS system was worked out and analyzed by using simulated circuit.
