摘要
本研究综合胶合板、单板层积材生产适用技术,探讨层积厚芯胶合板的生产方法及其产品性能。通过组合方案优选,确定10种最佳组合。对劣质材单板和短板制造厚芯胶合板作了探索,解决了三板不平衡问题,提高原木出材率7.84%。揭示并充实了裂隙单板对胶合板平整性影响的对称理论。
In the paper, the production method of laminated lumber-core plywood and its proformnces hase been studied on basis of the technology of the plywood and laminated veneer's. Eighteen structures of laminations were tested, we have got ten kinds of types for combination. The production way of mill cull veneers and shorten veneers have been found, we have solved the problem of balanced construction. The utilization percentage of wood increases 7.8. It indicates that the crack veneers effect the board on its smooth and balanced.
