At present,to study and implement party general-secretary Jian's important Speech on July 1st is the most signficant in higher learning institutions.Under the new situation,in higher institution party construction faces the new topic and task so party organization should take correct ways and channels to strengthen ideological education,organizational building,cultivation of work style and dlevelop all tasks in higher learning institution,combining with their own practices according to the spirits of 'Speech'and 'Three Represent's' theory.
