摘要
当前我国农业和农村经济发展面临的最突出问题是农民收入增长缓慢。为此应通过大力调整农业结构 ,加快农业科技进步 ,促进农业产业化经营和推动农村税费改革等措施 。
The most serious problem which our agricultural economy meet is slowly increasing income of farmers.So we must widely adjust the agricultural structure,fasten the scientific and technological progress in agriculture,the management of agricutural industrilization and tax-fee reform so as to increase the income of the farmers stably and sustainablely.
