摘要
提出了一种用于铷原子频标实验的灵活、方便的新型多参数、高准确度、大容量数据采集系统的构成方案。在硬件上运用KEITHLEY 2000型高准确度数字万用表和拍频计数法,既得到了很高的取样准确度,又省去了复杂的信号调理电路。在软件上,充分利用了WINDOWS的多任务操作和OLE技术,能够在不中断数据采集的情况下对已采集的数据进行处理,保证了数据的连续性和实时性。
A construction layout about flexible, convent, new type, multi parameter, high accuracy, large volume data acquisition system for the Rubidium atomic frequency standard test is put forward. We used KEITNEY 2000 type of high accuracy digital multi meter and beat frequency count method to get very high sampling accuracy and save the complex signal modulated circuit in the hardware. Making fully use of WINDOWS multi-operation and OLE technology in the software can treat acquisition data in order to ensure that these data are continuous and real-time.
