貉细小病毒细胞培养灭活疫苗的研究 被引量:4

摘要 以RPV-H为种毒,按2×10^(-2)接毒量,采用同步接毒的方法,接于猫肾细胞系F_(65)株,于37℃静置培养,待细胞病变(CPE)达到75%以上时,开始收获。经甲醛灭活24h,即为RPV-H细胞培养灭活疫苗。给貉皮下接种2ml/只,间隔14天进行第2次加强免疫,21天可产生免疫力,免疫期可达180天。RPV-H细胞灭活苗10ml给貉皮下接种,无任何不良反应,具有安全性,免疫效果良好。 F_(65) of cat kidney cell lineage inoculates with 2×10^(-2) of RPV—H synchronical y, and cultivation at 37℃. when the cytopathic effect is more than 75%, to collect all of them. RPV—H inactivated vaccine of cell cultivation results from inactivation by formalin through 24 hours of them. Racoon dogs are inoculated at 20ml per each animal subcutaneously, after 14 days, these animals are inoculated second time as a strengthening method to the first one. It needs 21 days for these subjects to obtain immunity which can be last for 180 days. Subcultaneous inoculation of racoon dog with 10ml of RPV—H cell inactivated vaccine has no any unfavorable effect on animal and the results are safe and reliabl.
