摘要
运载火箭各电气系统各自拥有一套地面测试设备 ,不但造成设备重复 ,成本增加 ,而且整套系统兼容性差 ,可靠性低。为此 ,提出了新型的地面测试发射控制系统方案 ,以实现箭上电气系统的一体化测试 ,并论述了方案的可行性、先进性和实现的技术途径。该方案有利于简化系统 ,降低成本 ,提高系统的集成性、可靠性和可维护性 。
If each electro mechanical system of launch vehicle has its own dependable ground measurement equipment,the equipment will be repetitive and costly, and the whole system will have poor compatibility and low reliability. Therefore, the integrated test notion for electrical systems of launch vehicle is put forward for the first time, and the feasibility, advancement and technical approach are described briefly. This notion has a lot of advantages, such as, simplifying system, reducing cost, raising integrity ,reliability and maintainability of system, and also shortening the measuring period of rocket in launching site.
