本文利用RAPD技术对荷包红鲤抗寒品系的基因组DNA进行分析。通过对 50个引物 ,1 50次的RAPD分析 。

The genomic DNA of the strain of fight firgid of red common carp was analysed with PRPD.The method used to appraise the strain of eight firgid red common carp was constructed by 150 times RAPD analysis with 50 10bp random primers.
