摘要
介绍了遗传标记的发展历史和目前应用比较多的分子标记类型，重点说明了微卫星标记在水稻上的应用情况，对了解分子标记的重要性及其应用有参考价值。
The genetic marker development was introduced and the main types of important markers were explained in the paper. Meanwhile, the application of SSR in rice was stressed because of its advantages.
