Effect of Different Dietary Calcium Levels on Performence and Egg shell Quality of Old Laying Hen

试验研究了饲喂老龄母鸡不同钙水平的饲料对生产性能及蛋壳品质的影响。结果表明 ,饲料钙水平对老龄母鸡的采食量、生产性能无显著影响 ,对蛋壳强度影响显著 (P<0 .0 5) ,对蛋壳厚度及蛋壳重影响不显著 (P>0 .0 5)

An experiment was designed to examine the effects of dietary calcium levels on performence and egg shell quality of old laying hen.The results showed that the diet intake,egg shell thickness,egg shell weight and performence of laying hen were not affected by dietary calcium levels(P>0.05).However, the egg shell strength was significantly affected by dietary calcium level(P<0.05).
